I hate recipe sites who yapyapyap forever and never get to the recipe. So here we jump straight to the business.
Equipment needed:
Oven
Table mixer with a hook attachment
Kitchen scale
A bowl
A pot
(A large ladle with holes)
Ingredients:
9g fresh yeast
8g sugar
180g warm water
220g T550 bread flour
8g salt
Guidelines:
Knead in a table mixer until elastic and comes off the sides of the bowl.
Proof until doubled in size.
Divide in four equal pieces and round into balls.
Poke a hole in the middle with your finger and widen the hole until you have a ring approximately of 1,5cm thick and lay to rest on a greased up baking paper sheet.
Proof again until doubled in size.
Boil in water 1min/each side, brush with egg and top with minced garlic and grated cheese of your choosing.
Bake in 200°C until golden (apprx. 14min)
Enjoy ❤️
